Situation: The client was stuck with a website that wasn't working.

Task: To create a compelling digital presence.

Action: Conducted a strategic analysis of the client's business situation, the target audience and existing content. Realised the client's website and brand voice were misaligned with their target audience. Presented the case for a new brand voice and content strategy, focusing on strategic value over personal branding. Created the visual and written content.

Result: Successfully transformed the client's vision of their business, created website content and design to appeal to their audience directly, positioning the client as a leader in their field. Bonus: Saved money for the client by switching hosting services.

Situation: Identified a BAME person in precarious circumstances who had valuable academic knowledge and an unfulfilled dream of becoming a writer.

Task: To empower them to become a published author by supporting them as an editor and ebook designer.

Action: Hired them to test their writing skills and build up their self-belief. Became their editor, transforming this person's research into an accessible e-book, and designed the book and the author's website.

Result: Successfully published three ebooks, amplifying an underrepresented voice and fulfilling the author's dream.
